Farm to Bottle
Presented by Sweet Potato Spirits

Learn current cultural practices on the farm, how to recycle, save energy and water, and preserve resources during the distilling process.

Sweet Potato Spirits has cultivated five generations of sweet potato, rye and almond farmers. Their mission is to be a diversified and fully sustainable farm-to-bottle operation.  Most importantly, using their spirits, they will create a special pairing treat to touch on all five of your senses.


Distilled: Cocktail Competition

17 Hands Restaurant & Cantina, 1:00PM – 5:00PM

The Distilled Cocktail Competition is put on in collaboration by the San Diego United States Bartenders Guild. Cocktails will be judged according to USBG rules and regulations. This competition is designed to celebrate San Diego’s distinguished craft cocktail culture and recognize some San Diego’s best cocktail bars. These top craft cocktail bars have been hand selected to create a cocktail for our distinguished guest judges in front of festival attendees. The Competition Award Ceremony takes place on the Paddock Stage at 4:30PM.

Coin Op is a vintage arcade bar located in the heart of North Park. They proudly serve thoughtful cocktails, a variety of craft beer on draft, delicious takes on standard bar fare, and a heaping side of nostalgia.
